This facility combines logistics and drone development as a next-generation innovation hub. It is equipped with an environment to test drone delivery technology and operational management. Additionally, the facility includes expansive indoor and outdoor flight areas and dedicated testing infrastructure, supporting research into applications such as disaster relief, infrastructure inspections, and efficiency improvements in logistics. Visitors expressed admiration, with comments such as, “This is amazing” and “We need something like this in our country.” The Itabashi Drone Field is a multifunctional facility capable of providing training within netted areas and conducting building inspection drills.
